The location was perfect, away from the hustle and bustle of the city center, with beautiful views of the Danube. The spa and fitness area was fantastic, with great facilities for relaxation and exercise. I loved unwinding in the swimming pool and thermal spas. The rooms were nice and the beds were super comfy. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel was perfect for me - just a short walking distance from all the main attractions, but away from the hustle and bustle.
The breakfast did not meet my expectations. It was not bad, but it was not great either.

We had a wonderful stay at a hotel with a generous-sized pool and three thermal pools at different temperatures. The pool area was clean, not overly chlorinated, and had large windows with a view of the Danube. We even had the opportunity to chat with some former Olympic champions who were regulars at the pool. Our son loved the pool and spa so much that it was hard for us to leave before noon. The breakfast buffet offered a variety of options, perfect for a break from cooking. The hotel's location, although a bit outside the center, was easily accessible by tram. The staff was helpful and polite, ensuring we had a pleasant stay. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation.
The rooms' cleaning and functionality were not up to par, with poor cleanliness and outdated bedding and towels. The hotel did not respond to concerns raised during the stay.

Nothing to dislike.

During our stay, we found that the hotel's convenient location made it easy to explore the city. The nearby buses provided quick access to central Budapest, allowing us to visit the main tourist attractions with ease. The room we stayed in was clean and comfortable, ensuring a pleasant stay. The bathroom was also well-maintained and provided all the necessary amenities. The service at the hotel was exceptional, with the staff being generous and accommodating. The breakfast offered a good selection of items in a modern area, and the view from our room overlooking the river was truly breathtaking.
We did notice a lack of hair conditioner in the bathroom, which would have been a nice addition to our stay.
